Professional live streaming / multi-publish (Switchboard Cloud) to YouTube, Facebook, X, Twitch, custom players, and more. Government-approved live streaming management; secure multistreaming; enterprise-grade compliance and reliability. Public-agency buyer: city/county/state meetings and public information that must be recordable and reach several destinations.

## Public-agency thesis

Buyer is public agencies, not media companies. No clear market leader in public-sector live streaming. Operating view (US only): ~22,000 city/county/state governments that need streaming; ~39,000 if townships are included. Agencies need reliable, recordable, multi-destination infrastructure for meetings and public information.

## Three failure points

1. **First-mile ingest** — signal out of whatever is in the room. Small cities: clerk/AV/"make it work tonight." Larger: IT + vendors; clerk still accountable. Historically the hard part. Ownership gap starts at ingest.
2. **Recording and retention** — compliance archive citizens can find later, not a file on a laptop.
3. **Multi-destination fan-out** — website + social; public safety, emergency preparedness, local events, not only city council.
